SUTD Early Engagement and Development (SEED)

The SUTD Early Engagement and Development (SEED) programme is a year-long immersion programme for selected JC1/Year 5/Polytechnic Year 2 students to gain exclusive and priority invites to experience SUTD and gain conditional admission, ahead of the regular admissions cycle.

Application is by invitation and nomination from your school.

Benefits

  • Conditional offer
Successful SEED applicants will receive a conditional admission offer* to SUTD along with your acceptance to the programme. This means that you stand a good chance to be offered admission if you maintain a good academic performance in your final year of study! Additionally, you can also apply for our special programmes and/or scholarships based on your final year results when completing your application formalities under the SUTD Early Admissions and Scholarship Application (SEASA).

    * Note that the offer does not preclude you from applying to and be considered by other institutions.

  • Priority for research opportunities
Research Mentorship Programme or internships at research centres.

  • Exclusive invitations
Fireside chats with Nobel Laureates, SUTD Immersion Day, information sessions on premier Special Programmes and more.
