Enhancing your residential experience

As part of SUTD’s ongoing commitment to providing a safe, comfortable and modern residential environment, refurbishment and upgrading works will be carried out in phases within selected hostel blocks over the coming months.
While every effort will be made to minimise disruption, residents may experience intermittent construction noise, temporary access adjustments or increased contractor activity in designated work areas during approved working hours. The Office of Housing will work closely with appointed contractors to minimise inconvenience and carefully coordinate the works to reduce the impact on the residential experience. We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our residents as these enhancements are undertaken to improve the quality, functionality and comfort of our student housing for both current and future residents.
*Construction activities are generally carried out during approved daytime working hours in accordance with university requirements.
