More details will be confirmed via email at a later date. Residents are expected to stay for the full duration of the housing contract. Those who wish to shorten or cancel their stay may be imposed cancellation charges. Students are to check-in and check-out during the dates/timing indicated above unless otherwise informed. Administrative fees may be applicable for check-in/check-out outside of the designated dates/time or outside of office hours. Residents who wish to check-in before the official check-in dates, i.e. those who wish to move in during the early check-in period, are to email ecchousing@sutd.edu.sg at least two weeks before their intended check in date. Requests are subject to availability. Residents checking in before the contract start date(s) will be charged accordingly for additional night(s). Those checking in later than the contract start date are liable for the full student housing fees based on the housing contract unless otherwise informed. Residents who wish to apply for a short extension of stay beyond their check-out dates are to send their requests to ecchousing@sutd.edu.sg at least two weeks before the check-out date (contract end date). All requests are subject to availability. Residents who fail to vacate their accommodation by the check-out date and time may be subject to disciplinary action by the University and are liable for late check-out charges/additional nightly charges at rates determined by the University.
