National Technology Enhanced Learning (NTEL) Conference

The National Technology Enhanced Learning (NTEL) conference was first initiated by Singapore's Ministry of Education (MOE) in 2015 and co-organised by the local universities, with the aim to inspire teaching and learning transformation through the adoption of technology-enhanced learning strategies in higher education.

The COVID-19 situation has significantly impacted the education scene in myriad ways, with learning in a cyber-physical environment fast becoming a new normal even in the post COVID-19 world. With the theme of “Empowering Learning in the Cyber-Physical Era”, NTEL 2022 adopts a cyber-physical format and aims to provide a platform for local autonomous universities, visionary educators, industry leaders and start-ups to share and showcase their latest innovations in areas in line with the conference theme. NTEL 2022 also offers opportunities for all conference participants to explore collaborations and strategic partnerships with their counterparts and peers in educational institutions and industries.

Together with all stakeholders, NTEL 2022 aspires to push the envelope of future learning and take learning in the cyber-physical era to the next level of excellence.

SUTD is the host for NTEL 2022 which will be held from 27 to 28 October 2022. The NTEL conference was first hosted at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2015, followed by National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2017 and Singapore Management University (SMU) in 2019.
