ISTD PhD student Zhao Yunqing received Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad
The award is the highest government award granted by the Chinese government to Chinese doctoral students who study overseas as well as postdoctoral researchers who conduct research and have received doctorates overseas.
National third prize in university track for Dell InnovateFest 2024: Team FEAMurs
Team FEAMurs – comprising of CSD, ESD and Freshmore students won third prize in the university track at Dell InnovateFest 2024 held at the National Gallery Singapore and graced by Singapore’s Minister for Health, Ong Ye Kung.

ESD senior, Anirudh Bharadwaj, together with CSD seniors, Akash Chandrasekar and Sarang Nirwan participated in the competition Raise the Bär: BJB Global Student Innovation Program from April – June 2024 and emerged as winners
World Cities Summit Young Leaders 2024

Foo Wenxin (ESD Junior) was awarded Gold Medal for Women’s Floorball during SEA Games 2023.
Inter-Collegiate Cup (ICC) (March 2023)
Chong Shuting (ESD Senior) was a member of the Women’s Tchoukball team that clinched the 1st Runner-up position for the Inter-Collegiate Cup (ICC) that was held in March 2023.

A group of SUTD students, Justin Wong (ESD Junior), Emily Chee (ESD Junior), Tee Yue Wan (ESD Junior), Ng Qiao Wen (ESD Junior), and Ng Xue Min (ISTD Junior) joined the Accenture innovation challenge in January 2023
