Prof Ricky Ang, Dr Ang Yee Sin and Dr Cao Liemao featured on Phys.org
Phys.org reported that topological semimetals could potentially boost energy efficiency of 2D semiconductors. This research was led by a team from the Science, Mathematics and Technology (SMT) cluster, which includes lecturer Dr Ang Yee Sin, postdoctoral research fellow Dr Cao Liemao and SMT head, Prof Ricky Ang.
