Scienmag shared a research article on the SUTD-led development of an intelligent model simulator that maps complex phenomena of memristor memory. Phys.org reported that topological semimetals could potentially boost energy efficiency of 2D semiconductors. This research was led by a team from the Science, Mathematics and Technology (SMT) cluster, which includes lecturer Dr Ang Yee Sin, postdoctoral research fellow Dr Cao Liemao and SMT head, Prof Ricky Ang.
