SUTD Drone Start-Up Acquired by Australian-Listed Nanoveu

Spinoff Robotics Pte Ltd, a drone technology start-up from SUTD, has been acquired by Nanoveu Limited, an A$65 million Australian-listed technology company specialising in advanced semiconductors and artificial intelligence. The move will bring together the AI chip capabilities of Nanoveu and the advanced drone technology of Spinoff Robotics.

SUTD Sets the Stage for an Innovation-Focused Education With Launch of New $35M “DIVE” Platform

The platform provides students and alumni funding and support to encourage them to grow beyond the classroom and laboratory. DIVE runs alongside academic life, giving students the option to explore and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset. Every undergraduate who embarks on the DIVE journey will be trained to be a builder and innovator using AI, Design and Domain knowledge (“trilingual”).
