Marcus is an APAC business leader and veteran management consultant with 20+ years of experience. He specialises in organisational transformation, operating model design, supply chain management, post-merger integration, digitalisation, and executive leadership strategy. He has worked in China, Singapore and SE-Asia across various industries. Marcus held C-suite roles in MNCs and senior positions in local enterprises, advising boards and developing talent. As VP for Gartner Advisory SE Asia, he engaged with 150+ CxOs across the region. He is a certified member of Singapore Institute of Directors and Singapore Business Advisor & Consulting Council. He teaches tech leadership at Emeritus and NUS.
