Be equipped with essential skills to manage agile projects and products using AI-powered analytics and data-driven decision-making. Through hands-on training in AI-driven customer insights, predictive analytics, data visualisation, and storytelling, participants develop the ability to optimise product strategies, improve customer retention, and enhance stakeholder communication.
