DIVE IN: Accelerate Innovation with Design·AI
Design x Artificial Intelligence (DAI) is an enhanced design innovation process that merges the human-centred mindset of design thinking with the strategic and generative capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI). This immersive 1-day course introduces participants to the DAI methodology, showcasing how AI can accelerate and elevate the creative innovation process.
DIVE MASTER: Advancing Real-World Impact through Design·AI
From ideation to action, the DIVE MASTER course is a comprehensive yet rigorous approach to the Design and Artificial Intelligence (DAI) framework, equipping participants with the skills to design, test, and validate project solutions using a suite of AI platforms as a Tool or Teammate to increase team performance throughout the design process.

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the leadership styles and roles of the Chief Sustainability Officer, designing the organisation for sustainability, stakeholder engagement methods, and developing a sustainable culture.
E-Procurement Systems & Intelligent Sourcing Tools
This course examines the digital systems and intelligent tools that enable modern e-procurement and sourcing. Participants will explore how e-procurement platforms support Request For Anything (RFx) automation, contract workflows, supplier onboarding, and data-driven sourcing decisions. The focus is on understanding systems, evaluating use cases, and designing practical sourcing workflows, rather than hands-on system configuration.
Educator’s Toolkit: Exploring IoT Concepts through Engaging Projects
It is a 2-day workshop to introduce Internet of Things (IoT) technology and the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT), a popular communication protocol for IoT devices. Participants will have a chance to develop simple IoT devices/prototypes to demonstrate the applications of IoT. Through the hands‐on project using an ESP microcontroller, participants can learn about Arduino coding, physics of various sensors, simple circuit and electronics, soldering skills and so on.

This course introduces the fundamentals of securing Operational Technology (OT) environments. You will learn how cyber threats target OT systems and how to identify key threat vectors affecting industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.
