Family of Mr Tan Kay Guan |
![]() The late Mr Tan Kay Guan was a businessman involved in trading, properties and investments. His principles and values include respect, honesty and kindness.
As his father passed on at an early age, he had to drop out of school at 16 to support his 6 siblings, so he recognised the importance of education as a key contributor in life’s success. He had been supporting the underprivileged throughout his life so his wife and children have decided to set up a bursary to continue his life’s work.
The family intends to meet the recipients to keep up with their progress and their participation in social activities including innovation and setting up new ventures outside studies. |
