Wayne is a research fellow at ASI, mainly focusing on applying operations research techniques to air transportation systems. His work has involved developing optimisation algorithms to enhance decision making capabilities, such as in the sequencing and scheduling of flights in the terminal airspace around an airport. He is also looking into applying such methodologies to optimize ground operations in the airport. In his free time, he enjoys travelling and sports.
