AY2026 Freshmore housing fees

• Housing fees are subject to change if a GST (Goods and Services Tax) increase is implemented by the Singapore Government, or where residents are given advance notice of any changes, for instance. Refer to the Student Housing Terms and Conditions sent together with the housing offer.
• Housing fees are billed based on the number of nights per term billing cycle.
• Additional nights’ housing fees are payable for early check-in before 8 September 2026.
• Students are liable for housing fees for the housing contract duration as indicated above unless otherwise informed.
• The above housing fees will not be pro-rated if a student chooses to check-in after 8 September 2026 except in situations where he/she was offered housing after this date.
• The housing fees are payable by term as indicated in the above payment schedule. Payment is due 7 days from the invoice date (except for GIRO payments). A S$20 fee will be imposed for late payments.
• Utilities charges are included in the housing fees above except for use of the room’s air-conditioning, and use of the hostel’s washing machines and dryers, which are on a pay-per-use basis.

Payment modes

• Students are encouraged to pay their housing fees through:
  • GIRO;
  • SUTD Housing Portal (via eNETS / VISA / MasterCard credit or debit cards)
  • Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) – for Singapore Citizens only
