Graduate housing

Graduate students and students who are moving on to Term 9 who wish to stay at the University’s student housing blocks should submit an online application during the housing application exercise held each July. A supplementary housing exercise may be conducted in November for students who wish to stay from the January term, subject to vacancies. Information on the housing exercises will be published on this webpage one week before the start of each housing exercise.

Hostel residents are to be aware of and to abide by the Student Housing Terms and Conditions (login/VPN required).

Your application outcome is subject to supply and demand, and housing is not guaranteed. Housing allocation will be evaluated holistically by the Office of Housing and Office of Education & Innovation.

Graduate housing application exercise for AY2026 

This application exercise applies to full-time graduate students who wish to stay in the hostel from September 2026 to August/September 2027.

• Application window: 1st week of July (dates TBA)
• Application outcome: 1st week of August
• Acceptance window: 1st week of August
