Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Programme (UPOP)
The UPOP is a flagship programme by our Career Development Centre, comprising an array of career workshops and activities to prepare you for your internship and full-time employment. The experiential workshops and activities conducted by both in-house career coaches and professional consultants will equip you with relevant career development skills—like resume writing and interviewing, to help you secure your first internship and, thereafter, full-time employment in the industry.
The UPOP spans over six stages, where all SUTD undergraduates are given various opportunities to learn more about industries, make significant contributions, and become more aware of their own expectations as well as industry expectations.

- Embarking on internship
- Showcase, reflect and celebrate internship experience and past-term’s achievements
- Preparation for graduate employment
At the end of the six stages, all undergraduates will be ready for full-time employment or graduate studies.
