Overview
From ideation to action, the DIVE MASTER course is a comprehensive yet rigorous approach to the Design and Artificial Intelligence (DAI) framework, equipping participants with the skills to design, test, and validate project solutions using a suite of AI platforms as a Tool or Teammate to increase team performance throughout the design process.
Through human–AI collaboration, participants will engage in a structured process to:
- Identify and understand design opportunities and user needs in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Interpret and reframe user needs into actionable insights, activities, and abstract representations that foster innovation through DAI.
- Ideate and conceptualise solutions grounded in genuine user needs and opportunities.
- Develop and refine ideas through hands-on prototyping and model-making, testing concepts with relevant stakeholders for validation and feedback.
- Leverage the power of AI as a tool or teammate in various design activities
During this hands-on course, participants will work collaboratively in teams to conduct iterative, user-centred design, leveraging AI to enhance creativity, analytical capability, and execution speed through a facilitated design sprint led by professional Design Innovators.
Designed for working professionals, the course emphasises collaboration and practical problem-solving around real-world challenges faced by companies, organisations, industries, communities, and nations—delivering implementable and actionable outcomes that bridge innovation with tangible application.

It is suitable for individuals who are new to Design Innovation or DAI, as well as experienced professionals who are already familiar with these methodologies and wish to deepen their practice, co-create, and workshop current challenges in a guided environment.
