Overview
This experiential career guidance workshop is designed for older professionals (PMETs) aged 50 and above who are ready to explore what’s next in their work lives.
Through hands-on, locally developed tools—from visual mapping and card-sorting to an AI-powered recommender—participants will surface new ideas, try out small moves immediately, and receive real-time feedback in a peer-driven setting.
Participants will not only reflect on their career options; they will also experiment with new ideas. A key part of the experience involves being introduced to Design·AI tools. With step-by-step guidance, participants will learn by doing and create something they can call their own, building confidence in applying new skills in Design·AI.
Grounded in local research by the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities and the Future of Innovation Lab at the Singapore University of Technology and Design—the world’s first Design·AI university—and shaped by experience training over 1,000 individuals across ages, career stages, and sectors, this workshop is especially suited for those who are stable in their current roles but are curious, open-minded, and ready to explore new career directions with clarity.
