Empowering nurses with AI-driven tools and human-centred design to deliver more connected, confident dementia care.

ApexCARES enhances dementia care at Apex Harmony Lodge by addressing real challenges like language barriers, onboarding overload and communication gaps between nurses and residents. It features AI-powered tools such as slurred speech-to-text transcription and translation, and the Apex Virtual Assistant (AVA), which provides real-time, resident-specific care suggestions based on history and best practices.

Co-designed with frontline staff, ApexCARES combines human-centred design and AI to streamline workflows, increase caregiver confidence, and improve care for residents.
