A smart platform for needs assessment and solution deployment in humanitarian work.

This project redesigned Gebirah’s aid delivery model by leveraging travellers’ excess baggage space to transport donations through a coordinated web platform, reducing reliance on founder-led mission trips. Using an Agent-Based Simulation, the study evaluated different matching algorithms and found that the most effective strategy depends on each country’s supply-demand conditions, providing Gebirah with a scalable and data-driven operational framework.
