Supermarket Mania

Supermarket Mania is an educational game for business owners to learn about the MSO newsvendor model and to make better inventory stocking options.The game also shows players how shelf placement can affect the quantity demanded for a product. Players must optimally arrange various products on various shelves to satisfy the daily demand of their customers. During each day of sales, players could satisfy customer demand exactly, have leftover inventory or have lost sales. They are allowed to change the arrangement of their products prior to simulating the next day of sales. Players will aim to get the highest profit at the end of 7 simulated days.
