Sushi Sensei

This project is about an educational game centred around queueing theory and optimal reordering. In our fictitious sushi restaurant, “Sushi Sensei”, we simulate real-life customer queues and their interactions with the restaurant and its sub-systems, namely its seating, its kitchen that fulfils the demand of the customers and the inventory of the restaurant.

This simulation is delivered in the form of a game that aims to teach upcoming restaurant managers about handling customer queues, inventory and seating arrangements. The game was made in RShiny and is fully furnished with graphics and educational elements.
