New to the MSO subject? Worry not as our game will help introduce you to the concept of resource management to meet demand and the related topics of lost sales and tradeoffs between costs and gains.

Play as a restaurant owner running your own newly-opened restaurant and learn how to manage resources to meet demand while minimizing operational costs. You get to choose the number of staff and machines to employ at the start of each business day. While making decisions, keep in mind that each combination of manpower and machinery results in different service capacities. Experiment with different combinations between each round to find which works best to maximize your profits.
