Catherine is the Regional CEO for APAC Contract Logistics at DSV, leading a dynamic team of over 19,000 professionals across 430 sites and managing a logistics footprint of 4.3 million square meters. In her current role, she drives strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable growth for one of the largest and most diverse logistics in the Asia-Pacific region.

Catherine’s journey with the organization began at Schenker Singapore (Pte) Ltd, where she was appointed as a Vice President of Contract Logistics. Her strategic leadership propelled the business to new heights, including the launch of flagship facilities such as RedLion2 which is the Singapore’s first Positive Energy Warehouse. In 2023, she was appointed as the Cluster CEO for Singapore and Malaysia, leading over 4,300 professionals. Her visionary leadership during this period not only accelerated growth but also enhanced cross-border collaboration and innovation. Prior to joining Schenker, Catherine spent 19 years at the world’s largest automaker in senior global, regional, and country roles. She specialized in supply chain strategy and dynamics, including addressing complex logistics challenges in China’s joint ventures during the early 2000s. In her global role based in Germany, she played a pivotal part in optimizing material flows across 122 production plants worldwide. Catherine continues to be a transformative leader in the logistics industry, championing innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable solutions across the APAC region.
