Biography
Prior to joining SUTD, Xiaotang was a postdoctoral fellow at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Concurrently, she held a visiting scholar appointment in the Department of Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan. She obtained her PhD in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
