Agentic AI observability and control: A hands-on bootcamp

In this workshop, attendees will learn about the importance of having visibility and control over their agentic Al applications. Participants will start with a pre-built agentic Al application (eg using AWS Strands) and learn to use TraceCtrl to instrument it, trace agent interactions, and surface security vulnerabilities. By the end, they’ll have a full topology map of the app’s agent communication and a concrete attack surface analysis with actionable hardening recommendations.

Matthias Chin is a recognised leader and tech entrepreneur in GenAI Security, serving as the Founder & CEO of CloudsineAl – a pioneering startup dedicated to protecting organizations from emerging generative Al threats. With over two decades of cybersecurity expertise, Matthias has built scalable security systems for government, healthcare, and financial institutions.

He earned his engineering degree from the University of Toronto, graduating with Honours and on the Dean’s List as a SembCorp scholar. A Certified Cisco Internet Expert (CCIE), Matthias also holds credentials across Al and cybersecurity, including CISSP; SANS certifications in GWAPT, GCFA, and GCIH; and certificates from Deeplearning.AI.

Matthias is a sought-after public speaker, having presented at Black Hat Asia’s inaugural Al Summit. He is part of the Industry Advisory Board at SUTO and Examination Board at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Through these various roles, Matthias is actively shaping the future of Al security in Southeast Asia and beyond.
