Congratulations to Assistant Professor Zehui Xiong in winning the 2022 IEEE Internet Technical Committee Early Career Award
We are pleased to share that Assistant Professor Zehui Xiong has received the IEEE Internet Technical Committee Early Career Award, sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society and the Internet Society. The Internet Technical Committee Early Career Award is bestowed upon an individual in recognition of the early part of career for his/her contribution in the area of Internet research and technology development. Early career for an individual is defined as within 10 years of receiving her/his highest university degree or starting full time work as a professional.
The Internet Technical Committee (ITC) is a joint committee of the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) and the Internet Society (ISOC). It stimulates interdisciplinary technical exchange, application of state of the art communications and related technologies to the Internet infrastructure and services. The Committee seeks to generate new technical insights from interaction between the Internet and public network communities, contributing to the worldwide emergence of a ubiquitous, multimedia, and high-performance Internet.
