Learning by doing: techniques in practice

Teachers put every design innovation (DI) method they learn into practice during each session.

After learning the DI methods, teachers translate the material for teaching and try it out with their peers through role-playing, personal feedback and learning from one another.

Teachers get the opportunity to interview students to understand their motivations, needs and wants for their learning experience.
