Software security: the good, the bad, and the ugly
Cybersecurity today is no longer just a topic of academic study – cybersecurity threats are around us everywhere. But what is the link between what we read about in the news, and the academic study of computer science and software security? In this talk, I will share some of the techniques that cybersecurity practitioners and researchers today use, and how the cybersecurity research that we do at DSO helps to keep our critical computers and software systems in Singapore safe from cyber-attacks.
