Drawing on empirical research of two towns with the highest under age-18 population in Singapore, the playbook presents key findings on what youth do for recreation, how youth experience outdoor play spaces, and what youth aspire to have in outdoor play spaces in the context of Singapore’s high-rise, high-density, tropical urban environment.
