Biography

Francine Chan is a Research Associate at the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities (LKYCIC). She supports Dr Belinda Yuen (PI) and team on several projects under the Ageing Urbanism and Urban Innovation research programmes. Her research explores how urban spaces impact health and wellbeing, age friendly neighbourhoods, and smart sustainability transformations in cities.

Trained in the field of Space Syntax, spatial design and geospatial analysis, Francine employs mixed-method research to study mobility networks and spatial patterns of social behaviour within cities.
