Biography

Zoe has previously worked in the Singapore public service and social service sector. She began her career in the Ministry of Social and Family Development as a policy and research analyst. She subsequently took on other portfolios such as public education on family violence, foster parent training and grant curation. After she left the public service, Zoe did some research consultancy work with NGOs and the private sector.  Zoe has lived in Japan for 8 years, having done her undergraduate studies in Sociology there. As such, she is fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese. 

She is supporting Sam, Harvey and team on the management of research projects.
