The Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and Workforce Singapore (WSG) have launched a pilot programme to help 500 professionals, managers, executives and technicians (PMETs) aged 50 and above plan their next career path.

The course, “What’s Next: Reimagine Your Career Using Design AI”, aims to help professionals who are still working, semi-retired, or preparing to return to the workplace to re-examine their career direction, recognise their strengths, and explore new employment opportunities through career planning and artificial intelligence tools.

The two-day course will be launched from the 22 October to 12 December 2025, with a limit of 30 people per class and is funded by WSG.
