Biography

Candy Mak holds a BSocSci in Sociology from the National University of Singapore. Her research interests are in the area of inequality, culture, and work. She spent 3 years in civil service and 6 years in non-profit work, specifically in the areas of organisation development and disability, and is keen to continue making a difference to communities through applied research.

Candy is supporting King Wang and team in LKYCIC for the “Designing Singaporeans’ Resilience Task-by-Task” project.
