I received my Master of Science (Physics) from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2015. After graduation, I worked as a Research Engineer at Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) Centre, where I worked on in situ real-time monitoring of water quality and natural substances quantification. Since then, my research interests change to data science field, I joined SUTD in May as a Research Associate in “New Urban Kampong” project, where I focus on exploration statistical analysis and visualization, quantitative analysis of large scale survey data, and developing systems to store and index large data sets. Besides, I also work on project related to understanding the effect of scandal on business politics in the United States, where I focus on online data collection, particularly through web crawling and interfacing with APIs.
