Biography

Huiling Chen is a Research Assistant at iTrust, Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). She obtained her Master’s degree from Hunan University. She is currently working on the NSoE Phase II: Maritime project under the supervision of Prof. Jianying Zhou.
