Biography 

Paolo holds a Master of Science in Urban Science, Policy and Planning from the Singapore University of Technology and Design. His master’s research project explored the interactions between walking experiences and neighbourhood place identity. Prior to joining LKYCIC, he had an extensive career in the Singapore Civil Service as an educator, instructional leader and curriculum policy officer. He also holds a Master of Education from the National Institute of Education, Singapore, where he focused on the nexus between curriculum, pedagogy and assessment. Drawing on his multidisciplinary lens, Paolo’s research interests lie in the human-centric dimensions of the city, from the socio-spatial experiences of urban environments to developing human capacities for future cities.

He is supporting King Wang and team on the projects under SGP Design Z Future of Innovation.
