Hong Leng has more than 30 years of experience in delivering small to multimillion-dollar ICT systems. Prior to joining SUTD, he was in IT leadership and management roles with a number of Government Agencies.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from University of Birmingham, UK. During his leisure time, Hong Leng enjoys travelling, baking and jogging.
