Biography

Prior to joining SUTD, Serena worked as a Teaching Centre Coordinator in the British Council where she was responsible for resources, procurement, and teaching center operations. Serena started her career as a Teacher Aide in NorthLight School and later worked in customer management and administrative roles in British Council.
