ESD Research Seminar by Hanwei Li – Data-driven real-time coupon allocation in online platform
ESD Research Seminar by Hanwei Li – In this study, we partner with Meituan, a leading shopping platform, to develop a real-time, end-to-end coupon allocation system that aims to maximise customer conversion rate (CVR) while adhering to marketing budgets, addressing challenges of uncertain traffic from a diverse customer base and the need for real-time decision-making.
Faculty and Staff Achievements: 2023
Professor Chua Chee Kai, SUTD’s Associate Provost for Research and Cheng Tsang Man Chair Professor, has been named in the prestigious list of Highly Cited Researchers™ (HCR) for the second year running, alongside Assistant Professor Xiong Zehui from the Information Systems Technology and Design (ISTD) pillar. They were both named under the category of cross-field.
ESD Research Seminar by Paul Doukhan – A brief history of weak dependencies
ESD Research Seminar by Paul Doukhan – More than a purely formal exposition, the aim is to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of each of the most commonly used concepts, depending on the intended purpose and the types of models involved.
ESD Research Seminar by Marvin Carl May – Semiconductor fab system level time-constraint control with uncertainty informed machine learning
ESD Research Seminar by Marvin Carl May – Semiconductor manufacturing systems, fabs, are the most complex manufacturing systems. They provide an ideal environment for the conception of intelligent production control algorithms. A major complexity driver are time-constraints, that limit the maximum time between two processes.
