Bringing together individuals, families, students and creators of all ages to reimagine what technology could be when play and imagination were placed at the heart of design—the Festival showcased how Design AI can spark joy, curiosity and meaningful human connection.

Effective AY2026, AI will be systematically woven into the first year curriculum. Students will learn to integrate AI techniques into each stage of the design process, including user research, site and context analysis, synthesis, ideation, concept development as well as prototyping.
