AI & Cybersecurity for Leaders

Overview

As Artificial Intelligence (AI) reshapes competitive advantage, it simultaneously transforms your organisation’s risk landscape. Leaders who understand this duality will drive secure innovation; those who don’t risk operational disruption, regulatory penalties, and eroded stakeholder trust.

This course will equip you with tools and policies to govern AI-enabled transformation with confidence and help you develop strategic oversight capabilities across three critical dimensions:

  • Strategic Risk Intelligence: Understand how AI can be used for defence and offence, assess emerging threat vectors, evaluate AI-powered defence capabilities, align cybersecurity investments with business priorities.
  • Operational Resilience: Master frameworks for AI-assisted incident response that minimise business disruption. Learn to integrate cybersecurity policies into enterprise risk management and business continuity planning.
  • Governance & Compliance: Navigate the regulatory environment with implementation strategies addressing Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Technology Risk Management Guidelines, alongside international frameworks including European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and the European Union Artificial Intelligence (EU AI) Act.

Through case studies and frameworks, you will gain the executive literacy needed to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions about AI security investments. In the current threat environment, this isn’t just technical competence; it’s essential leadership.

Upon completion, you will possess the strategic competencies to champion secure, AI-driven digital transformation initiatives that strengthen operational resilience, stakeholder confidence, and competitive advantage in an increasingly complex risk environment.
