Lim Hui Jie

Starting his entrepreneurial journey from the age of 9, Mr. Lim Hui Jie is a serial entrepreneur that has been through more than 10 business endeavours and has business and investing experience that span across more than 11 different countries throughout Southeast Asia, and has resided in China and Hong Kong for more than 2 years.

At the age of 26, Hui Jie became one of the youngest Executive Directors of a London Listed Company. Today Hui Jie has sat on the Board of 3 listed companies and has successfully founded and listed his Company onto the Australia Stock Exchange in 2015, achieving a market valuation over USD$230million.

Today Hui Jie focuses on building Humanity-Plus companies that use Technology for the Betterment of the Human-Race. He is the Founder and Executive Director of VisionGroup an Innovation-As-A-Service technology group that implements lockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity to future proof enterprises and bring their Vision to Reality. Hui Jie is also the Managing Partner of Baker Tilly Vision, a joint venture between Baker Tilly and Vision, focusing on digital transformation to better empower our clients to be future-ready.

Hui Jie obtained his EMBA via the EMBA Global-Asia Programme across 3 major financial cities of the world of Hong Kong, London and New York, with the course conducted by Columbia Business School, London Business School and the University of Hong Kong (ranked the top 3 EMBA programs globally by Financial Times). He also holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (specialising in Management and Marketing) from Monash University (Australia) where he graduated with the Monash Golden Key Award. Hui Jie believes strongly in continuous learning and has more recently dabbled in short courses from Jiaotong University CEO Business Studies, MIT Fintech Future Commerce, Oxford Blockchain Strategy, Algorithmic Trading, Codecademy Python, Data Analysis, MIT MERN, MIT CTO Executive Program and more.

Daryl Lim

Daryl is an entrepreneur, business builder, and educator with over a decade of experience spanning engineering, sales, business development, and startup leadership. He academic achievement bring both technical rigour and commercial depth to everything he teaches.

As the founder and driving force behind multiple ventures, Daryl has lived the full arc of building, growing, and transforming businesses from the ground up. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and practical execution, giving him a rare ability to translate complex ideas into frameworks that real businesses can act on.

Daryl also coaches individuals and consults for organisations on the practical application of artificial intelligence in the workplace. His programmes are designed for business owners, managers, and working professionals who want to move beyond theory and build genuine AI capability within their teams and operations. Drawing on his own experience integrating AI into marketing, business development, and organisational workflows, he brings a grounded, no-nonsense perspective to a rapidly evolving field.

Daryl is known for his direct, engaging style in the classroom. He believes that AI literacy is no longer optional for anyone serious about staying competitive, and he teaches with the conviction that every participant can leave with tools they can use immediately. Outside the classroom, he is an active thinker and writer on topics spanning business strategy, geopolitics, and the future of human and machine collaboration.

Brendan Yong

Brendan Yong is a certified training facilitator and AI technology specialist dedicated to translating complex artificial intelligence concepts into actionable business strategies for senior leadership.

As a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP 2.0) certified trainer, Brendan combines hands-on expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies—including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Computer Vision—with proven facilitation excellence. His Lean Six Sigma certification reinforces his analytical, results-driven approach to identifying where AI creates measurable operational impact.

Rather than overwhelming executives with technical jargon, Brendan facilitates strategic conversations that empower senior leaders to move beyond AI hype and focus on practical applications aligned with their operational challenges. His strength lies in creating safe spaces for critical thinking, where department heads and C-suite executives can challenge assumptions, ask difficult questions, and envision AI’s transformative potential within their unique business context.

Mohamed Alrayes

Alrayes is an Investment and Strategy Specialist, expert in value creation across innovative multi-platform investments, encompassing alternative investments as well as family office, investment banking and wealth management across multiple geographies.

He turned a Family Office into a $1 billion investment banking business, built a new NBK Global Wealth business, and launched a $2.5 billion KSA Wealth business. Alrayes also founded a multi-sector China investment company and started the first AIM-listed Sharia-compliant company. His notable achievements include leading nine acquisitions, four divestitures, and ten investment banking deals, while funding projects ranging from shopping malls to biomass initiatives and structured a start-up $200 million ESG private equity fund.
