HR Transformation Leader
Victor is a seasoned business management and HR analytics leader with over 27 years of experience across academia, government, healthcare and global corporate environments. In his previous HR-related roles, he developed advanced HR analytics capabilities, including predictive workforce models for attrition, workforce ratio modelling, HR dashboards, scenario simulations and analytics-driven reporting frameworks to support strategic manpower planning and decision-making.
He has also led data-driven HR transformation initiatives in talent management, recruitment, succession planning and HR systems improvement, while driving digitalisation projects in the public and corporate sector as well as education institutions. Victor has trained professionals from organisations such as Rolls-Royce, Hinrich Foundation and Changi Airport, delivering practical workshops on the use of machine learning, HR analytics, generative AI and automation.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Information Technology with a focus on AI and HR, Victor combines academic research with real-world practice to help HR professionals and organisations confidently adopt AI and data-driven solutions for measurable impact.
