Overview
This programme introduces business leaders and professionals to practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for enterprise transformation. Participants will first develop a foundational understanding of AI concepts and their relevance to business strategy. The programme then explores real-world applications of AI, including case studies from Grab on how AI enhances services for merchants, passengers and driver-partners.
Through guided exercises and demonstrations of accessible AI tools, participants will learn how to identify opportunities to apply AI within their organisations. The programme concludes with participants developing a preliminary AI business case outlining a problem, proposed AI solution and expected business impact.
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to evaluate AI opportunities and initiate AI adoption within their organisations.
