By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

- Digitise manual procurement workflows using Google Forms, Sheets, and AppSheet
- Automate procurement processes using Apps Script and Make.com
- Use NotebookLM to analyse procurement documents and supplier information
- Build Artificial Intelligence (AI) copilots using MindStudio for procurement support tasks
- Evaluate the strengths and limitations of the LCNC and GenAI platforms
- Translate procurement needs into simple digital and AI-enabled solutions
- Design and present a practical procurement innovation prototype
