Overview
Business improvement in today’s environment requires both methodological discipline and the intelligent use of emerging technologies. Combining Lean Six Sigma (LSS) with Artificial Intelligence (AI) enables organisations to enhance performance while maintaining rigour in problem-solving and decision-making.
This course integrates the Lean Six Sigma Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) with practical AI enablement. Participants learn how to define the right problems, apply innovation and analytical tools appropriately, and use AI as an enabler, not a shortcut, to accelerate insight, decision making, and impact.
Through real-world case studies, hands-on exercises, and a team-based project, participants will develop the ability to frame problems systematically, apply the right analytical and innovation tools, and leverage AI responsibly. The programme also introduces effective use of Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompting techniques, to support AI-enabled business improvement initiatives.
