Day 1
  • Introduction to Digital Transformation – Overview of historical context, current drivers of digital transformation, and its impact on various industries.
  • Cultivating a Digital Mindset – Explore the importance of adopting a growth mindset towards digital tools and how it can improve adaptability and innovation in the workplace.
  • Essential Digital Tools for Business Productivity –
    Introduction to tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 and their role in enhancing productivity.
  • Developing a Personal Digital Transformation Plan (Part 1) –
    Steps to assess personal workflow and productivity challenges and identify which digital tools can address those challenges.
Day 2
  • Developing a Personal Digital Transformation Plan (Part 2) –
    Completing the transformation plan by identifying tools and actions for greater efficiency.
  • Introduction to Google Apps Script – Overview of Google Apps Script, integration with Google Workspace, and essential automation functions.
  • Integrating Google App Scripts with ChatGPT – Overview of how ChatGPT can be adapted to automate the writing of app scripts using natural language
  • Digital Business Skill Practical – Participants apply what they’ve learned to create a workflow automation combining Google Apps Script and ChatGPT.
Day 3
  • Presenting the Digital Transformation Plan – Participants finalise their digital transformation plans and prepare for presentations.
  • Sharing and Reviewing Plans – Participants present their digital transformation plans and receive feedback from the group.
  • Refining Digital Skills for Continuous Improvement – Explore strategies for continuous learning and staying updated with new digital tools and trends.
