Graduate housing

Graduate students and students who are moving on to Term 9 who wish to stay at the University’s student housing blocks should submit an online application during the housing application exercise held each July. A supplementary housing exercise may be conducted in November for students who wish to stay from the January term, subject to vacancies. Information on the housing exercises will be published on this webpage one week before the start of each housing exercise.

Hostel residents are to be aware of and to abide by the Student Housing Terms and Conditions (login/VPN required).

Your application outcome is subject to supply and demand, and housing is not guaranteed. Housing allocation will be evaluated holistically by the Office of Housing and Office of Education & Innovation.

Graduate supplementary housing application exercise – November 2025 

This application exercise applies to full-time graduate students who wish to stay in the hostel from January  2026 to August/September 2026.

• Application window: 11 November 2025 (10AM) to 18 November 2025 (10AM)
• Application outcome: sent via email from 4 December 2025
• Acceptance window: 4 December 2025 (10AM) to 11 December 2025 (10AM)
