Non-graduating

Incoming exchange students are welcome to apply for student housing during designated housing application exercises.

Housing information for non-graduating students 
Housing application exercise for June 2026 term
  • Application window: 8 May 2026 (10AM) to 15 May 2026 (10AM)
  • Application results: sent progressively via email on 22 May 2026 (10AM)
  • Housing offer acceptance window: 22 May 2026 (10AM) to 29 May 2026 (10AM)

All dates/times stated are Singapore local time.

 

New students applying from a location in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway need not complete the online matriculation (OMEx) before applying for housing. All other new incoming students should apply for housing only after completing OMEx. The application outcome is subject to supply and demand and housing is not guaranteed. Rooms will be allocated through a ballot process. For information on check-in/check-out dates and housing fees, please click on the links above.

 

Hostel residents are to be aware of and to abide by the Student Housing Terms and Conditions (login/VPN required, or refer to the housing offer email).
